This is not only perjury but fraud.
First Exhibit:
Mike Techow Process server Affidavit:  claimed he served Daniel Pavon.
Second Exhibit:
MiKe Techow Affidavit: He makes the statement in Fact he did not served and was NON SERVED
Third Exhibit:
The Letter unclaimed and non service was returned on July 27, 2007, therefore before the Trial on August 22 Mike Techow Knew no service was made, but did not take any action.

Mike Techow Process server of Austin Texas claimed a service that never took place. Although he received the service unclaimed and non serve, he did not take any action, with this perjury and non action, Milner Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton, Jeremy Morley and Samantha Lowry won a suit for 35 000 000 (Thrity Five Million Dollars) by the false pleadings of Milner Firm and Minton Burton Foster and Collins and Bratton and Bratton firm claiming service had been made and was in file for over 10 days.
Then on November 28, 2007 all the attorneys of both sides met in the offices of Mark Ray Hernandez in Austin for the agreement between Samantha Lowry and Daniel Pavon and Daniel will return to Austin, Texas to start all court proceedings, probably this information got to Mike Techow and got scared, reason his affidavit was filed on November 28, 2007 precisely.
By the way, they did not even included the Zip Code to make sure it will not make it.
