PGR AND PGJ INVESTIGATES


                                                                       MURDER SUSPECTS



PGR and PGJ (Mexican Police) as well as Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores and other Law Enforcement agencies are currently investigating the murder of Raul Pavon on February 8, 2008 and the involvement and criminal activities of the Lowry Family, Bratton and Bratton firm, International Family Law firm Jeremy Morley, Minton Burton Foster and Collins Firm, the Milner Firm and others involved.
The Lowry Family members had place several deadly threats and committed fraud and physical violence against Raul and Guadalupe Pavon previous to his murder. A fraud in excess of 35 million dollars.
The murder occurred shortly after Guadalupe and Raul Pavon had filed a suit in Austin, Texas Travis County Court against the Lowry Family. On or around January 20, 2008 Guadalupe and Raul were oblige to travel to Austin, Texas to give their deposition and to attempt the first hearing in Travis County Court, even with travel restrictions of the Doctor due to their poor health caused by the deadly threats, violence and harassment of the Lowry family, Guadalupe and Raul flew to Austin,  once there,  Raul Pavon delivered the Evidence  of all the illegal activities of Joe D Milner, Milner Firm, Lowry Family, Mike Techow and others involved. Suddenly their deposition and the Travis County Court hearing were cancelled.
Raul and Guadalupe return to Mexico on or around January 26, 2008 with a terrible flu, they remain in bed for days and in the first time they walk out of their home, within a few blocks, Raul Pavon was shot to dead with a 9mm gun shot. No money was taken from him. Right after his murder, Guadalupe and Daniel Pavon received Deadly threats if they will go to the United States.
Guadalupe and Raul Pavon were married for 49 years.
The PGR, PGJ and other Law enforcement Agencies are also investigating the huge theft on Guadalupe and Raul Pavon home previous to his murder and how personal records from Guadalupe and Raul Pavon home were presented in Travis County Court by the Lowry Family, Bratton and Bratton firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins Firm and the Milner Firm in Travis County court on 2007, including personal and confidential bank records that were used for fraud by these firms.
Only four days after the murder of Raul Pavon, on February 12, 2008, Joe D Milner requested the file of August 13, 2007 (Trial in Travis County Court) since much of the evidence brought by Raul Pavon at the time, included records of such trial. Part of those records were presented as exhibits by Milner Firm, Minton Burton Foster, Collins Firm and Lowry family which proved beyond any doubt, the illegal actions, frivolous suits and crimes of these firms and others involved.
Not only the Lowry Family, Bratton and Bratton firm, International Family Law firm Jeremy Morley, Minton Burton Foster, Collins Firm, the Milner Firm are and were the only ones with a motive, but also they will profit from the dead of Raul Pavon and prevent the suit from continuing and evidence used against them.
Taking advantage of the murder, within days, these criminal firms and the Lowry Family continued with their illegal activity and on April 1, 2008 the Lowry Family, Bratton and Bratton firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins Firm and the Milner Firm sold a property of 20 acres, deeded to Raul Pavon against the law and against another signed agreement dated around January 24 that restricted such sale. But also shortly after, thousand of Fine Art Paintings also owned by Guadalupe and Raul Pavon seem to have been sold.
Once we have gotten all records certified from the court, we realize the record has been modified and altered. Nevertheless, the most important records that proved several of their crimes and Fraud are now in possession of the proper authorities.
Several records have been also submitted to FBI, U.S Attorney, District Attorney and other entities. We are now awaiting Justice.
