The Property Of Petras, Whispering Creek and 1732 Paintings were deeded to Raul Pavon who granted the loans to Daniel Pavon Cuellar (Evidence of all payments of such loans are part all part of the record)
Samantha Lowry in concert with the Lowry Family and the Fraudulent Firms Milner Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins Firm, Bratton and Bratton Firm withheld these deeds from the court that were also inside Daniel Pavon Cuellar homestead.
Samantha Lowry and Family obtained possession of the homestead of Daniel illegally since Samantha no longer lived there but was in fact trespassing, but her attorneys by fraud granted full possession to the Lowry and restraining orders to Daniel to prevent him access to his Personal documents,  but also once Raul Pavon sue Samantha Lowry, and Milner Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins Firm, Bratton and Bratton Firm knew they were possibly awaiting a Massive suit for loses and damages and all the assets and amounts they had obtained by fraud, were about to be lost, and they posibly were to lose their licenses.
