THE CHILD SUPPORT FRAUD OF: Milner Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins Firm, Bratton and Bratton Firm.
These attorneys have experience of decades, some of them, considered “the best attorneys of the United States”.
We will go line by line on this Child Support Fraud of these firms for an 8 month old baby at the time, named Sebastian Pavon Cuellar. After seen this child support for a non married couple and for the Father who made $ 18 000 a year for 2006 (previous year) and no income for 2007, I wonder how much would be alimony for a married couple in Texas!
Before we start, remember these firms working in concert with the Lowry Family, took possession of the Homestead and all the documents of Daniel Pavon, even his taxes, but not only did not disclose them, they manipulated all records for fraud.

On the section (A) we can appreciate Samantha Lowry does not have any income and does not work. Also that her Family does not give her any money.On section (B) no deductions.

Rent  $ 1350 ! wow! but if Samantha also got possession of the homestead, then why also rent?
Milner claims to have rented the homestead of Daniel for $ 1500, so this adds to the child support for a total of $ 5617 a month.
Groceries and household items: $ 630, Remember is for an 8 month old baby…. “GERBER GOLD FOOD”
Car Payment: $ 250 Not only Samantha does have a car and neither she is buying any, but neither the baby….
Gas and maintenance as child support?
Insurance for the car (MONTHLY) $ 120 , I use to pay that amount for a year!
Child Care: $ 160 what is that for, babysitter to not have to take care of Sebastian?
Entertainment $ 100 !
Cable TV and News Papers: $ 95 (Daniel did not even had Cable to save money and because they had no money, not even Home insurance, but Samantha gets the “works”)
MAID $130  Samantha does not work, no income, and also gets a maid! And this is called child support in Texas, and was granted by a judge, and for an unmarried couple! Amazing!
Gets Better….
HSBC, also is now a child support in Texas Credit card debt before the relationship or birth….                               $ 2000
And….Also is Child Support The student Loan for Samantha when she went to college before the relationship.                              $ 30 000
If this is Child Support, What is alimony then?
Total $ 3720…. But she was granted $ 4117. How come Judge John Dietz Granted this huge amount, but specially without any proof of Income? Judge John Dietz, why have you granted even above what they were asking for?

EXHIBIT 16 WAS USED to get a Child Support for $ 4117 in Travis County Texas on Final Trial on August 13, 2007.

Need child support, not married, no problem…Make a copy of this documents, change the name, and go to Judge John Dietz.
Why have Judges then? Just have coin machines that you can submit the pleadings in one side, and come out the other side already granted.
