WE WILL ADD THE FOLLOWING EVIDENCE STARTING JANUARY 9, 2007:
- The 18 perjuries of Police Director Andrew Westbrook
- The altered affidavit of Samantha Lowry (with someone else writing) to make for the False Warrant
- The proof of the Last Known address and how the Lowry Family and attorney firms kept it secret purposely to keep the suits secret.
-The Fraud of the Settlement agreement by the attorney´s Firms.
-The Threats of the Lowry Family and others against Pavon Cuellar family, but especially against the Father of Daniel before his murder.

- The allege Transcript of August 13, 2007 that ends in recess and the judge does not grant any order, but signs a Decree.

- The police report that specified Daniel Pavon had not committed any crime, even when police knew Daniel was in Mexico with his son, but after the British consul showed up and talk to FBI and Police, they made the False warrants, yes, even when Daniel had not commit any crime by their own statements. They call it "a warrant for anything"
