As you can see, when Police knew Daniel had already gone to Mexico with his son, there was no crime.
And of course, there were no custody orders, no custody agreements and Daniel or Samantha both had equal rights.
Samantha had already begin to make lies that Sebastian could die because he could not take formula, yes, Sebastian vomited not by been allergic to formula or intolerant, but because Samantha after breastfeeding him, she will feed him formula at night to sleep longer and not even make him “burp”, of course Sebastian will vomit, then Samantha will pick Sebastian up, turn him upside down, and tap his back, causing Sebastian to choke. Even after Sebastian stop breathing and Daniel save him, even after the pediatrician said of the risk of dead of these actions, Samantha kept doing the same.
It is important the statement of “Daniel has only one friend here in Austin”, since that friend was attacked by Police, attorneys and the family of Samantha, including threats of criminal charges, threats of suits, and depositions, that way, Daniel will have no help in Austin. The reason they attacked him was because since Samantha Lowry was coming to Mexico to meet with Daniel and Sebastian, nobody could pick the mail, so it was transferred to his friend for him to send it to Mexico. But this is the modus operandi of this mob, using and manipulating the police and Law for terrorism and fraud.
