First in Violation of Rules of Service:
Rule 103: No person who is a party to or interested in the outcome of a suit shall serve any process.
Joe D Milner is Not allowed to make services himself (And get Half a Million in attorneys fees for 2 and a half months proceedings, plus much more...), I am surprised John K Dietz aloud this in his court! And then Granted him $$$$$ lots of attorneys fees without proof…Child support out of Texas Guidelines and without proof of income, and much more, Like Daniel´s Homestead! Against the U.S Texas Constitution. John K Dietz Did you trusted that much Milner?
Please answer why you made such a ruling? Or Maybe we all agree, Milner Firm are experts in Fraud and deception....
Then In conspiracy with the Lowry Family they create a similar email to Daniel email account:
diapacu @ hotmail.com  instead of Dapacu @ hotmail.com, and when in fact Daniel was only using Dapacu1 @ hotmail.com as you can see in all the emails at the time.
Then Samantha Lowry Sent a Blank Joint custody suit not filed and asking Daniel she could file it if he wanted her to… In Fact, you can see it this responses are to the Blank Joint Custody Suit, Here. And for Jami Milner involvement click Here.
Then the response of Daniel is used by Milner to claim Daniel had notice…. What a Fraud!
Then they keep secret all proceedings: the ones they started secretly 5 days after Daniel Left with Sebastian to Mexico, (Exhibit) claiming Sebastian was still in Austin with risk of International abduction, and to forbid Daniel  the right to obtain travel documents for Sebastian, when in Fact, Samantha had stolen Daniel and Sebastian Travel documents and needed them to return.
Then Milner firm and Andrew Westbrook claims Daniel Violated the order and they issue the parental kidnapping warrant, but also made impossible for Daniel to return to The United States without documents. Then Once Milner Knows Daniel Left his parent’s home because of the harassment of the Lowry Family, then He Starts the fraud (Threats)
